This free large print hearts score sheet has a wide column for each player and a tall row for every hand. Choose 18, 24 or 28 point and print. In hearts you want the lowest score, so the sheet ends with a Total row for each player.

How is hearts scored?
Hearts is a trick-taking game in which you try to avoid certain cards. Each heart you take in a trick counts 1 point against you, and the queen of spades counts 13. All other cards are worth nothing, so a hand always adds up to 26 points among the players.
Pagat.com says the game continues until one player has reached or passed 100 points at the end of a hand. The player with the lowest score then wins. Write each hand's points in the next row and add up the Total row at the end. Check that the numbers in a row add up to 26, unless someone shot the moon. It is the fastest way to catch a mistake.

What is shooting the moon?
A player who wins every heart and the queen of spades in one hand has shot the moon. Pagat.com describes the usual choice: subtract 26 from that player's own score, or add 26 to everyone else's. Agree at the start which one your table uses and note it on the sheet, because it changes how the game ends.
Which way do you pass the cards each hand?
Before play, each player passes cards to another player. The direction rotates through four hands and then repeats: left, right, across, and then no passing. The sheet has no column for passing, so write L, R, A or none beside each hand's row and nobody has to count back.
How do you use the large print hearts score sheet?
Pick one scorer. After each hand, call out each player's points and write them down, then add to the totals. Read the totals aloud when someone is close to 100, since that is when the game may end.
Print on 11 x 17 inch paper at 28 point for a sheet that is easy to read across a card table. Use a thick dark pen.
