How is Hand and Foot scored?
Hand and Foot is a rummy game related to canasta, played with several decks. Each player has a hand and a foot, a second set of cards played after the first is used up. Scoring adds up the value of cards in completed books, plus bonuses, and takes away the cards left unplayed.
The Bicycle Cards rules give these values. Rule sets differ from house to house, so write your table's version at the top of the sheet.

Some sets also score the cards in hand and foot as minus points, and some penalize red and black threes. Ask your group which you use.
What are the round minimums?
Before a side can put down its first cards in a round, the total of those cards must reach a minimum, which rises each round.

The sheet puts each round's minimum in brackets after the round number, as "1 (50)" to "4 (150)", so the minimum is in front of the whole table when a round starts.
What counts as going out?
To go out, the rules Bicycle describes require a clean book and a dirty book, and the player must get rid of every card by discarding the last one, not only by playing it. Other tables ask for more books before going out, and some give a going-out bonus, so the sheet has a Going out column for that figure. A note at the foot tells you to agree the amount first.
How do you use the large print Hand and Foot score sheet?
Choose one scorer for the whole game. At the end of each round, add each side's books, bonuses and card points, then subtract cards left, reading each figure aloud. Carry the total forward in the Total column.
Use a thick felt-tip pen and, if the table is large, 11 x 17 inch paper at 28 point. The design follows APH type guidance, explained in what is large print.
